LP Cyber Launchpad provides curated cybersecurity certification pathways, insights, and career navigation tools. We are an independent curator; we do not provide the training courses, exam vouchers, or certifications ourselves. All educational content is delivered by third-party providers.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current profile information.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Access to premium tiers (e.g., Professional, Architect) requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions if you choose to cancel before the billing cycle ends.
5. Intellectual Property
All curation insights, structural pathways, custom graphics, and platform content are the intellectual property of LP Cyber Launchpad. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our proprietary curation data. By submitting profile data, you grant us a license to use that data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our recommendations are based on our professional curation methodology. However, we do not guarantee job placement, salary increases, or certification exam success. The information provided is on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LP Cyber Launchpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform.
8. Affiliate Disclosure
We may earn commissions from third-party certification providers when you purchase a course or voucher via our affiliate links. This financial relationship does not influence our editorial integrity or the ranking of our recommendations.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Recruiter Hub and fair use
Recruiter Hub scores and mappings are transparent decision-support signals based on configured role requirements, verified credentials, completed pathways, experience and location preferences. They are not employment decisions, guarantees of suitability or grounds for automatic rejection. Employers must perform a documented human review, comply with employment and anti-discrimination law, avoid entering sensitive data, and may not attempt to identify an anonymous candidate before mutual interest.
